The South East
Sunshine Circuit has some excellent golfing all within easy reach
of ferry terminals and within a couple of hours of Dublin. Links
courses such as Rosslare offer great traditional links golf and
are complemented by some wonderful parkland courses none better
than the magnificent Mount Juliet course in near Kilkenny.
Waterford has a number of excellent options including Waterford
Castle and Faithlegg and if you're coming in to Rosslare give the
layout at St. Helens a shot. The area tends to be overlooked by
many but offers superb holiday golf for those in the know. Easy
access great hotels and accessible and affordable golf courses make
the South East ideal - can't unfortunately guarantee the Sunshine
Circuit bit though.
