The two sides of the country will argue about who's got the best golf but the discussion is superfluous...they've both got some of the best golf in the world. Open Championship courses, Open qualifiers, golfing glens, links in abundance and some great prices. Increasingly more accessible with low cost flights to Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dundee and all of the area is within a three hour drive of Glasgow or Edinburgh. From the Forth of Firth to the Moray Firth this is great golfing country.

Okay so it's the Home of Golf. And if you want to play the Old Course it'll cost you a lot or you'll be in the ballot. Fife and St. Andrew's however is not all about the Old Course. The new links at Kingsbarns is simply outrageously superb...

The heart of Scotland it's most famous golfing name is undoubtedly The Gleneagles The Kings, Queens and Jack Nicklaus designed Monarch's. Like the rest of Scotland however look and ye shall find...

For many this remains the unplayed corner of Scotland but has some superb courses to its. From the time you cross the tay Brideg at Dundee until you leave Lossiemouth on the Moray Firth you have a chain of wonderful links courses...
