The Ormond Quay Hotel is one of the citys oldest and
best known hotels. Purpose built in 1900, The Ormond Quay Hotel boasts a proud tradition
with some of the citys best loved characters, most notably James Joyce, who wrote
his Sirens chapter of Ulysses in the hotel. The Ormond Quay Hotel remains true to its
